Speech-Language Services

Our speech-language pathologists conduct speech, language, and voice evaluations and provide treatment for a full range of disorders related to: delayed speech and language, hearing loss, stuttering, articulation disorders, and voice disorders; including those caused by nodules, polyps, and other vocal cord conditions, neurological speech disorders, such as aphasia, and dysarthria.

Diagnostic Audiology Services

Our audiologists specialize in prevention, identification, assessment, and rehabilitation of hearing disorders. We provide audiological testing for: infants and children, specialized assessment including: sound-field, middle ear measurement, VRA, COR, brain-stem evoked response audiometry, and otoacoustic emissions. Adults hearing, balance, and CNS disorders are assessed with the following special tests: comprehensive audiological evaluations, site-of-lesion assessment, middle ear measurement, electrony stagmography (ENG), otoacoustic emissions (OAE), auditory evoked potentials (BSER audiometry), visual evoked potentials (VER).

Hearing Aid Dispensing

Our audiologists prescribe/dispense hearing aids and instruct individuals with hearing loss in the use of hearing aids. Our offices have technical equipment for the fitting, repair, and adjustment of hearing/amplification devices. Among the services available: The fitting of hearing aids for children and adults, including:

- refinement of settings
- counseling on benefits and limits of amplification
- earmold impressions for hearing aids, swim molds, noise attenuation,
  and FM systems.
